Anthony,
I have a friend who just gave some guy BIG, BIG bucks for some kind of bank note investment. The guy raises 1 million from investors & then buys bank notes (from banks who have over-allocated?) and then turns around and sells them to major financial institutions for a profit. He supposably does this many times during the year, making a great profit. My friend has received his 1st interest payment. At the end of a year he is supposed to almost double his money.

I have told my friend it is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. But he insists he has checked it out and enough "good" people are involved that it is ok. I still smell fraud. How can I help my friend? Any thoughts?
Thanks,

TTW
