All I was saying is that the "core" of Qualcomm is making CDMA pervasive as the mobile wireless / internet (intranet) nexus.

That means that spinning off the chip business is sensible as a management move. And I applaud spinning off Spinco to the shareholders so we keep our ownership undiluted - unlike the earlier "sales" which were for different purposes - but also to advance CDMA broadly.

So this is unlike the infrastructure and handsets sales. (which I initially opposed BTW <G> - and I was wrong in that opposition even though in the company of Gregg Powers, as shown "in the event")

As I have said, keeping Dr J is important and keeping his focus on CDMA broadly is key too.

In that sense, having a separate management structure for Spinco is practical and positive IMO.

I intend to keep every Spinco share BTW long term.
