Why are so few, or none, in the US media,etc seem like they have noticed how and what QCOM signed at the gate to ITU??

Have they already assumed QCOM will quit and go sailing??

Nokia will obviously use what they have mastered and does
master, not paying campaign finance and US lawyers, but
the simpler and more productive, long lasting things.
An efficient organization, actually fixing bugs and
cooperating with their customers, both within and
outside ITU.

The road is broad and free ahead..
