LOL!! More sore/loserman sore loser speak. Judicial review of legislative acts is one of the important checks and balances under our Constitutional system of government. I'll bet this author of the tripe you posted didn't complain when the USSC struck down all of the state laws prohibiting abortion. The hypocrisy of you demolib types is simply breathtaking.

Sorry, but the US Supreme Court showed a lot more integrity and knowledge of the law than the Florida Supreme Court did with that sideshow they put on.
