I am on my nutritional bandwagon.:) I guess I have read and heard too many news stories about how the beef, pork and chicken industries are not well regulated. Eating out, those children's menus are not healthy. My son gets to choose between the same things, a hamburger, Chicken McNuggets, spaghetti, a hot dog, a corn dog or grilled cheese. Do you think he would become a vegetarian? I am talking about a boy who loves protein and french fries? Maybe the answer is eating out less, after his hamburger tonight!
