I never said Nokia was in a weak position. Its cost for 3G have to go down by 3-5% in order to make up for the cost of the license. Given its already efficient processes, Nokia will be hard pressed to make up that 3-5%.

I applaud your upbeat opinions toward Nokia. How come Nokia did not do this cross-licensing deal with QCOM when Nokia' was at 60? With your analysis, Nokia's Jorma should be fired now for waiting this long.
