I didn't think you saw Q as an hagfish, although they are situated in Delaware?? Now ITU and the operators, ordering the handsets (and infra), can start comparing royalties. Obviously they havn't been able to do that earlier, agree?? ITU and the operators will surely define the term "fair and non-discriminatory" in more detail in the near future. That thing about "rewarding the innovator" might be kind of yesterday stuff?? At least their is little reason to not let EDGE/GPRS compete on the same bandwidth as WCDMA.
