Go back and read the percentage of wins when buying stocks on recapitalization(doesnt give an answer but says its very high) and do some of your own dd on wins and losses on buying stocks on recapitalization.(i know the answer for the last six years so dont try and bs your way on that one)

Here is a small list of reasons why I like to own some long term calls in AREM.
1. June figures show AREM is 68% short.(11.7 million shares short and how many known shares have been brought?).
2. Arem does not depend on one customer for its revenue and has more than one product. (has over 65000 customers in 20 different countries.
3. Has 103 million cash on hand and has made a profit over the last 5 years.
4. averageing about 1.4 million shares traded in the last 10 days. (read ticker tape trading by Kermit C. Zieg jr about that idea)
Stikes
1. If bad earnings is ancounced its toasted.
2. Other software stocks can pull it down.

bp dont own any calls yet and still have puts
