The US is the easiest country in the world to immigrate to. If prospective citizens can not stay out of trouble, send them back where they came from.

There were a lot of criminals sent here in the 1770's and the Indians weren't asked about it. And Australia was inhabited by British criminals back in the early 1800's. So why should we not be as generous to foreigners otherwise there might not have been a US of A or Australia.

I absolutely agree with that statement. As an American citizen I am also willing to allow a judge determine based upon his good faith judgement who is a criminal and not leave it absolutely to some dozens of bunches of words crafted by a lawyers.
