Compared to itself, of course.

The cost of a 3G handset just went up 3-5%. Or to put it even more simply, Nokia's 3G expenses just went up 3-5% per handset and an indeterminate number, probably in the 2 1/2% range, for infra.

Can Nokia handle the decreased margins without succumbing to the Asians? When its margins go down, will Nokia continue to waste its resources trying to make its own chips or will it stick to designing fancy cover plates and insist on volume discounts from Q? And get chips that work.
