<<If you back felt fine in minutes my friend, you didn't have to go see anyone. In fact, a recent study showed that back pain will typically go away in about two weeks if you do nothing for it all......>>

When I get a back pain it doesn't go away in two weeks. It stays until I go to the chiropractor and then it's gone. Same way with headaches. When I can walk in and get instant relief from pain I think that's great.

My chiropractor gave me several exercises to do and they help. I haven't been to him in a couple of years. I do need to make an appointment soon. When I take my morning walk I have noticed my stride has shortened, a little loosening up will fix that.
