Speaking of shorting, I do believe Ebay has a decent business model but its valuation is way out of line. I won't short that either<G>

Qualcomm withdraws offer
Qualcomm has withdrawn its offer to become a lead investor in a restructuring plan to save Globalstar, the satellite telephone company. Sources close to the situation told Reuters the decision comes at a difficult time for Globalstar, which has warned it might seek bankruptcy protection if it cannot restructure. Globalstar now has to revise its restructuring plan under greater time pressure. Qualcomm declined to comment.
