Paul, greetings from Budapest, where capitalism is thriving! That was an excellent piece on the Msft ruling. Lessig is clearly in the anti-M camp but his comments were on the mark. The problem is as ever-- litigation takes too long. As long as soft can bundle things in windows, they will dominate. BUT, they cannot muscle OEMs quite as gefore. Avictory for all of us
