Gary I guess you're not alone in the pursuit of the fatman
this is from Cindykay.........and a follow-up from Pseudo

I spoke with a number of investors today.....
there are a few questions.
PNLTV was suppose to share profits with PNLK, so what does that mean to us?

The CMRC PR suggested more than a client/customer relationship. There have been conversations with PNLK managment regarding the high level of interest in the transaction module. Two questions who owns the intellectual property of the supposed patent filed on Jan. 18 2001, it was never found under PNLK, what if it is filed by JPC? If the transaction module is implemented by CMRC,what does that mean?

For this reason it is suggested we keep the board open while we research these issues. Any comments are welcome.
The main concern is that this concept is not developed and profitable to PNLK management at our cost. Most investors I spoke with feel that if it is a dead issue, fine.....however PNLK management should not profit in the future from the concepts developed by our cash, ie PNLTV and the transaction module.

I'm out of here for the July 4rth parties!!

Of course, the news yesterday took centerstage
