09:07 ET Aremissoft (AREM) 15.55: Company files suit against West Highland Capital, Wells Fargo Van Kasper, Apex Capital LLC, The Street.com and Rocker Partners L.P, among others. The complaint alleges the defendants knowingly acted together to manipulate the market price of AremisSoft common stock by creating and disseminating false and misleading information to wrongfully obtain profits for themselves and their affiliates.
