I'm not the judge here

I was just posting my opinion of the possible interpretation of the rules of the contest. Don't listen to me. I just post here.

CaptainSEC,

for me, one question remains:

Has "the report" ( the Sulph report from AP) a disclaimer included?

I have read through many reports issued by domestic investment banks or advisers and they all contain a pagelong disclaimer.

In most cases the disclaimers state that the reports are being produced on a "best efforts basis" but "may" contain (slight) inaccuracies [without giving any guidance as to what "slight" means], which are [of course] never intentional and as a result, can never give rise to any claims for damages...

CaptainSEC

I think the guy owes you some $$ !

Feel free to bash me AP followers.

While, I like exposing a good scam as much as anyone, the cult-like attitude here is scary. AP can do no wrong, EVEN THOUGH he did, over & over & over in the past.

Dont drink the kool-aid folks !

Hi Captain! You sure have a different style than Tony!

I do feel that for the uninitiated, Tony's style of spelling it out, is far more effective.

But YOU being LONG with so much knowledge about this stock, I have not believed for a long time.
ragingbull.lycos.com
That these shares could be restricted, I do not consider very believable either.

At least Tony states that he is short in an honest and upfront way that everyone understands.

Why don't you propose to Tony to have a free membership to his private site for a month as payment of your impressive efforts and DD contributions of SLPH. Reading his postings, he sometimes can use a proof-reader.

Both of you have dug up so much DD that smells, I am totally satisfied with the POS status of SLPH is well deserved. (But it is nice to see your confirmations)

At the end DD will determine the value of the stock, Tony's approach shows that he's got to little of what you have too much ... PATIENCE.
But the long term value of this stock is <$0.10
Don't you agree?

Henk

PS "I thought so"
