SG Cowen reports TKTX's general counsel is "on the short list" for the FDA chief slot. I'm thinking most of the labeling issues (tied to the safety concerns of Miljenko's, I'd think) will be resolved before the next honcho takes office and gets oriented. Do you or anybody see any near term risk to PRCS should this appointment in fact happen (considering PRCS' ties to AMGN and TKTX's enmity of AMGN)?
