Thanks for the words today, Carolyn!

I certainly do need a little "balance" today trying to get the house cleaned and the food prepared for the celebration. My sister and her new husband are coming so it will just be the 3 of us and the 2 of them. Mom and Dad are going to go out and eat lobster! I asked why on the 4th of July and she said because they did not get one in Hawaii and she is craving lobster! Sounds like a good enough reason to me!!

The last of our guests have left for the evening, the kitchen is cleaned up and we've all had our fill of some great food. All in all, this has been a wonderful July 4th. I hope ya'll had as great a day as we did.
