John, I share your joy over the final resolution of the cdma story - Nokia's capitulation - but when it comes to your statement that,

I have to disagree. Buying and holding may seem simple, in that it requires only one action, but it is never easy. In fact, it may be the hardest approach of all, since it require an unwavering focus on fundamentals and a strong vision of the future. There are too many forces, both internal and external, that pressure an investor to do something "proactive" to speed up the process of wealth accumulation. As anecdotal evidence, many long time Q-Tippers are sitting on the sidelines even now, waiting for the "right moment" to jump back in to qcom.
