Temple Williams: How ya been? If Quote.Com cared about their customers, they would have done something about this ongoing problem every single holiday by now. You just have to have alternate sources for just such occasions, because this company is NEVER going to be concerned with such "minor" details. I doubt one person associated with the QCharts/QFeed product in a position of authority has ever put their money on the line trading or it would show around holidays if you get my drift...<g> Frankly, in spite of the obvious flaws and lack of provider concern, I will continue to use QCharts/QFeed until someone finally comes up with an alternative. There is nothing out their very close (at any price), when QCharts/QFeed is working. And it is working better as of late... Regards, LG
