You protest too much. Message 16019308 I ve' read your initial post again and, combined with your BTC postings on other threads, I could not draw a conclusion other than the afore mentioned, namely that you want other people to buy into the stock. The completion of the filing is perhaps a positive for the AMEX listing and possible continuation of trading. But, as long as no financing is about to close, it contributes nothing to cure the dire financial situation period
