I don't know of one, hopefully someone else can help you out. It might be a little difficult with some companies since they are involved in more than one area (wind + solar for example). Also the pure plays like FCEL or BLRD are obvious but there are a number of conglomerates (like MOT and BA) that are also involved. This doesn't even touch the non-public companies (like www.stirlingenergy.com) that are working in the area.

BLDP - fuel cells
CPST - turbines
FCEL - fuel cells
