Same old boring answer I've read and heard over and over. "The relevant time frame is at a minimum 12 to 18 months. But what we like to think about is three to five years, maybe out as long as seven years."

What else are they going to say ? They have no idea when the Tech, or Internet sector specifically is going to turn around. And who knows which companies are going to be the rising stars once we see a recovery. Much can change in 12 to 18 months. Many more companies can and most likely will throw in the towel before then.
