Eric L: Since you are the "expert", what is your evaluation of how Nokia has done against its "Committments"?

Again, this has nothing whatsoever to do with what Qualcomm has done or what has happened or not happened in Korea.

What seems clear on its face is that Nokia has failed to meet the "Commitments" on the time table so carefully laid out.

Do you have any evidence otherwise?

If so, what is it?

Or are you saying that what was just put out by Nokia (China) is to be ignored as irrelevant and the true test is:

<<The commitments made by any one of the 5 members of the Nokia senior management team to their shareholders are the ones that I concern myself with, as a new generation of product transitions. >>

OK, what are those - as revised, or about to be revised, or to be set forth at some future time?

We wait now for the next earnings report and conference call to measure against?

Well at least we do not have long to wait for those revisions, whatever they may be, but that they will be revisions is clear.

(BTW since this is the Nokia thread I am dealing with Nokia; you are the one bringing in Qualcomm and CDMA 1x in Korea which is irrelevant to Nokia to date)

Best.
