Handheld computer makers have bounced from all-time lows. Palm (PALM: news, msgs, alerts) closed Tuesday at $6.14, up 56 percent from a record low $3.91 on June 20. Handspring (HAND: news, msgs, alerts) ended at $7.05, 55 percent higher than its low of $4.60, also set on June 20. Research In Motion (RIMM: news, msgs, alerts) , whose shares climbed to $32.47, is now twice as high as an April 3 low of $15.50.
