Anyone who thinks you can give public money to a honest church then not give it to Sun Moon, Whackos from Waco or Farrakan doesn't understand the constitution. This bill is pure BS and is there only to snooker black church-goers and keep Baptists on Bush's side. It's pure politics and nothing more. And it will never become a reality. Ever. It's illegal for one thing unless we give it out to anyone who claims he's a minister.
