My thought is that as soon as everyone thinks something is a good idea, it is no longer a good idea. Or, if there is a supply shortage, the market will put resources into production until the cost outweighs the return.

Are we at the point where everyone thinks real estate is a good idea? Houses are a mixed bag round Chicago parts. Some go in 1 day, some go in 90 days. So, IMO, it's getting luke warm here.
