Re: Normally Mossad can't murder people, unlike what some people claim on this thread. The name of the person on the hit list is presented to the office of the Prime Minister. The PM passes the list to such secret judicial court that even the Israeli SC don't know about. This court meets as required in the house of one of the 12 members that are civilian or military personality! The condemned man is assigned a lawyer that will plead his case in earnest and their is a public defender that asks for the execution. This is a real court in absentia! If the tribunal opts for execution the decision goes to the Prime Minister where he signs the execution order.... I gather Carlos the Jackal was assigned a pretty good defender, was he not? I mean, Carlos is kicking up his heels in his French slammer, La Santé... <GGG>
