Well thread...Here comes the meltdown.

finance.yahoo.com

and right on cue, per yesterday's midday post.

Message 16032865

"Short/Intermediate (2-6 wk) outlook.

looks HARD down in the broad stock indices to me dead ahead.

Not much time to post recently. Think I even missed replying to a direct question or 2 from several other contributors here. My apologies to them for that.

As, per my previous posts (last week and before), began selling into strength 3 wks ago, as ea of my individual stocks encountered their respective overhead resistance levels. Was at 35% cash at that time. Now (as of Tuesday), about 75% cash which is very high for me.

Looking for at least a test of the March/April lows in the broad stock indices. Don't have any specific targets. My work is to identify emerging trend changes and then stay in sync with the trend till another change begins to develop. Because my risk profile doesn't include shorting, I just go to a high cash level.

Currently very light in the precious metals stocks as well, till I see some stabilization with positive divergences. Longer term, still think that sector will be one of the best performers.

Regards,

Isopatch"
