Protest ? If I had a buy in at $10.00 and NT turned at $10.05 then I would be out of luck. The reality here.

Not too likely, IMO. NT (and most other heavily traded stocks) always seem to pierce thru the even $ marks if they are approached. Seems as if someone wants to always trigger the stop buys or stop losses clustered around the even $ price levels.
