the customer service number I've used in the past *(mid last year) is 888 788 1848 haven't used it this year but my expectations and dependance for the data here have been tempered by actual usage ...... <said with a slight smile> I still find it relatively good for the price and have for the past two years ..... but there are other providers out there in cyberland which have more dependable service ..... however, I've found none with the overall value framework for my needs
