I am in the process of trying to book that profit, Rocket. I'm out looking at possible rental scenarios, doing some minor repairs and painting in preparation for sale.

The market is softening here, but it is a lake view property within the city, so I think it should hold up well. Plus it is still affordable, in an area that has rapidly become unaffordable.

The upper end of the RE market here has really softened, but anything under $350k has remained relatively attractive to buyers.

Interesting times.
