Last I picked up, only countries whihc plan to track anywhere near all their currency are China and to a lesser extent Japan and largest 2 coming new notes in EU. O'Neil spoke against it, but who knows what the next US President & or Treasury will think or be able to do. The pro-privacy pro-freedom gang are making gains inside the Republican party, but I fear these gains are too few & too late.
