I have followed him for several years, and never have seen him do a TV or radio interview, though he has been interviewed by others a few times. It's just not his style to stick a mike in anyone's face. He has only ever done interviews for re-print in his magazine. While I have only intermitantly seen the magazine, I do not believe he ever interviewed the First Lady. Those people Hillary hires to tell her how to think would never allow it.

A more difficult interview would be Mr Buttinski, Chris Mathews. Chris called the radio show a few days after having Rush on Hardball. Rush is one of the few people who can talk around Mathews without looking like they are getting bullied...

I have never watched Rush's own show. I have seen him only when he has appeared on Nightline, Charlie Rose, etc. What "he does" definitely includes appearing on any show that will have him. I don't remember the venue where he appeared with Hillary Clinton; it was on CNN a couple of years ago. I only remarked it because Rush seemed so nervous and shaken.

Hillary Clinton has definitely been interviewed on tv, by 60 Minutes, among others.
