LOL! We've got to do a cyber version of that this winter: choose a mutually-agreeable book and all read it, then meet here at night with Port and discuss it. Then there's the Poet bedstead.... I made a cold chicken salad with Thai peanut sauce the other day. Great in hot weather. I served it on a bed of cold fettucine tossed with sesame oil, shredded lettuce, cucumber, and scallion. Believe it or not, I'm still baking three days a week for Bill's boatbuilding shop. That's a labor of love in the humidity.
