Tom- wow - what a night of warnings... : ( figures when I finally start making some moves to the long side its the wrong side!

Just a quick comment about Intel.. and even AMD for that matter.. For months we have all sat here going back and forth trying to understand why these stocks held up so well.. in fact, Intel painted a picture that helped sustain these semiconductors.. and AMD is just as bad unfortunately with all the rosie statements over the last few weeks..

My point is- youv got analysts lying, companies lying, and the media selling it to the public.. and in the end who gets hurt? the public.. because you can defer the truth, but eventually unless some miracle occurs- reality has to hit.. At 3:55 I had one of those 'decision' moments where I almost bought some AMAT and NVLS... just couldnt pull the trigger.. Thank the heavens for small favors/luck like that :)

I did buy a bit of RBAK at 8.37 near the close but its only a half position.. I had originally planned to average into IRF, PPDI and RBAK- but now Im going to have to decide which one of the 3 gets cut at the open tomorrow.. Probably IRF simply by association : ) RBAK and alot of the networkers/internet stocks I think are pretty much priced for absolute failure and downside is limited.. How ironic!

hey wait a minute.. who was that guy here a few weeks ago saying AMD was the stock to own long term? I think its that guy/girl who sneaks into my house when Im not home and posts under my account.. watch out for him/her.. or it might even be my cat..

actually- Id love nothing more then to get some AMD into my IRA under 20.. but from the looks of it, this is a loooonnnngggggg term hold. RAM prices dropped again today.. business picking up, but supply is everywhere.. PC sales are virtually zippo.. and flash memory? DOA...
