The main problem I am trying to resolve is the extra-ordinary success I achieve when the market is REALLY rallying and I'm getting doubles and more on "my" penny stocks. From April to Mid May, I was able to score 400% gain on my portfolio. I have done next to nothing since then though I am holding one under-water position of RTRN with 25% of my capital. The problem is that after "tasting" big success, everything else in comparison pales. Why work so hard nursing a position (long or short) on a "glamour stock" for a 10-30% gain when I can exercise patience, wait for the market to provide the conditions I favor, and then kick major butt? I know...very spoiled! One might ask why I waste my time tracking the compx so closely? It's to keep on top of the market environment and be prepared when conditions are to my liking. I believe as I increase my capital, I am going to modify my trading behavior to play several games at once. 33% on penny stocks, 33% on QQQ (long or short - back and forth), 33% on a "glamour stock" pick (maybe pick out something synchronous with the W/L on Steve's Channeling Thread - so I can play along with some other pretty good traders) long/short also. For now, I am going to continue to pick the MM's pocket on my own terms, with which I feel very confident and comfortable. One more good rally I think will push me over the edge of what I would feel would be enough capital to divvy up between several "games". Don't worry about the "starved for approval"...I would have given up posting a loooong time ago if that was really required. gg As far as taking advantage of my call, I feel that not getting taken to the cleaners is advantage enough for now....GGG Best, EE
