Mani,

AMD didn't lose money this quarter for 1 reason.

And thats because there is a price collar on flash prices.

In Q3 Flash will start LOSING money.

AMD is already losing money in CPU's.

The problem for AMD is they will likely get further behind in MHZ.

We are going to have a repeat of K6-2 fiasco next quarter.

Negative earnings.

And several Million unsold Athlon/Durons/thunderbirds at end of Q3.

And unfortunately for AMD Flash will likely be unprofitable for a LONG time.

PS dont buy back too quick.
