Sure, I'm bias, but it sounds to me like business is coming to a screaching hault. What's your guess 20% of the workforce? Maybe 30%?

BTW, you were the one that was posting all the info on them giving away shares for business. Have you followed on that recently? What sort of impact might that have on this coming Q? Or has most of that already been washed out?
