I bet there are all kinds of gems lingering in the annals of Silicon Investor.

I was able to obtain some information about penal laws in reference to computer use under California Penal Code 502:

leginfo.ca.gov

It will be different in every jurisdiction but there are laws that do cover this area. Hacking into an account can cause more ramifications than just a civil suit.

It is troubling to me that someone could use a password generator and so easily access my account.
