George, you're right about the danger of a massive short squeeze when shares aren't available. In the case of WEBX, I had no trouble borrowing from 2 different brokers. But when insiders are dumping heavily, short squeeze just provides great opportunities to sell into. If you can't find shares, just sell naked in-the-money calls, equivalent to shorting the common.
