Out of date, I'm afraid... the only places I wouldn't eat in now are burger chains.

Even my local pub does six different salads (none involving marshmallow), steak au poivre and brie+cranberry sandwiches, to name but a few.

Just remember most Americans find huitlecoche pretty gross. Though I love it. :)
