I love chimichurri ... and use it as a marinade for almost everything ! My husband loves making it , so we've always got some on the counter. Poet and I got to sample a "parrillada " in Dallas - and it was wonderful

Anything with mayo?? How about tuna salad? Cold roast beef, thinly sliced on French bread with red onion....now that begs for mayo.

I remember you gave us the recipe for lomo and chimichurri sauce a few months ago. It sounded incredible, and very different from any steak I've ever had.
