While at the store today, this baby was crying. My son, says, "she is making me a headache," while covering both ears. I said, "you do not look like a headache to me, but you are the cutest headache I have met."

Well I found one of those articles written in the mid 50's about how to be a perfect wife. You know have a hot dinner ready for your hubby, keep the house clean for him, he is the king of the manor etc. I showed the article to my 13 year old daughter, commenting at each bullet the she should memorize these rules so that she can become a good wife someday. I told her that was how it was when I was growing up. Each passage got a chuckle or "oh gawd daddy" Until she got to the dateline of November 1955, she looked up and proclaimed , "well no wonder this is so weird, it was written in the age of Dinosaurs, cave women sure had it tough back then when you were growing up!"
