Oh, I just gagged on your menudo recipe. I'm one of those people, like Trade Of The Day, who invariably aims for the weirdest thing on the menu. I had never had menudo. One day driving through Ventura, California (I think I was there for the Super Bowl) we passed a church supper featuring menudo. My friend was also an adventurous eater so we went. Well, what can I say? We still joke about our menudo adventure. Nasty stuff. I couldn't even get enough of it down to be polite. Karen
