If you were a regulator tell me about the role Donald Regan played in silencing examiners and regulators and costing us hundreds of billions more. Edwin Gray the whistle-blower who was severely punished by the Reagan Administration? Tell me about Neil Bush and Silverado. Know what straw borrowers are? Ever read "Belly Up", "The Daisy Chain - The Looting of a Texas S+L", "The World's Greatest Ever Bank Robbery"? Do you have any idea how much soft money came from these scam banks mostly into GOP coffers? Do you even care? And do you realize that the same type thing has been happening over the past 9 months with the power+oil+ gas industries? Now 100% Republicans to blame. No Dems involved whatsoever.
