Don't give me this crap buttwang, you hate and it's apparent. Kennedy, through and including Clinton had total deficits. Congress is empowered with fiscal expenditure by The Constitution. 40 + years of deficits by a Democratic congress then a few years of Republican Control and low the deficit is reduced. Clinton/Greenspan money printing plan created a bubble that burst back in April 2000. What president was on watch then? Also don't feed me the democrat talking point about tax cut and the rich only benifiting, the rich as you guys define it are the ONLY ones paying taxes.
