Trading Machine, Just got back from a trip to the Washington Natl Zoo and a pinic at Rock Creek. Beautiful day - and when I got home, it was nice to see that my short position, although small, is doing quite well. With the NDX down 82 I have a borderline CLASS 2 BUY signal. The NDX is only about 10 points away from setting a lower low below the 6/20 trough at 1655 which would be another significant negative. We also have the FRI-MONDAY effect, with the exceptions of CLASS BUY signals. We could bounce as early as Monday - lets just say that if the market closes today near the lows and continues down MON, I will get a CLASS 1 BUY signal with the window until TUEs LOWs(keep in mind that closing signals are more reliable than intraday signals).
