You read the wrong article. Try again. And if you're denying the soft money avalanche from the HMO's to the RNC you're in denial. It's enormous, second only to the energy and polluting industries. The pigs are in a great rush to bribe before the American public demands campaign finance reform which will make McCain the real leader of the GOP. In the meantime over the coming years Democrats will get full revenge for the energy gouging and the Kenneth Starr witch hunts. Heads will roll. Many many conservative GOP heads. And the voters will drop the axe. Tom Delay, Dick Armey may only survive because of the glee Texans have about being the beneficiaries of the energy gouging. But their power will be greatly diminished. Cheney will retire under a cloud within 6-9 months.
