SW.TSE/SWIR.Q (Sierra Wireless) Just noticed something interesting: they're one of the biggest creditors of MCOM, to the tune of $29 million USD. SW is reporting on July 16th; am I smelling a bad debt write-down here?

SWIR took a huge dive a couple of weeks back (before MCOM's own announcement of Chapter 11) on forecast of a loss and rev drop, but the only mention they make about bad debts is increasing the provision by $3m only. MCOM's not looking real good, so I wonder what SWIR's auditors will make them do with the $29m that would look v doubtful from MCOM.

Thought this is worth a heads up, esp since SWIR has had a nice recovery off the bottom of their drop in late June.

Cheers
